FAQ
What is your cancellation policy?
A non refundable deposit of $100 is due at the time of booking.
If you foresee that you will not make your session please amend dates within two weeks..
Payment is taken one week prior to the shoot and will not be refundable if cancellation happens in this time.
When it rains it pours.... what happens?
If there is a wet weather event we will reschedule to a brighter day :)
Where are you based?
I live in Northern NSW near Byron Bay.
I will travel to the Gold Coast for a small travel fee of $50
I travel to Newcastle for short periods of time and am happy to travel within 20min of Redhead. A small travel fee is required if out of this area
How does Film Photography work
All of my photos are shot on 35mm film.
Each roll has 24-36 exposures per roll.
Once the roll is finished I will take the film in for processing at Bayou Film.
You will receive your photos in high res, digital form.
How long will it take to receive my gallery?
Generally the turn around time is 2-3 weeks as the film needs to be processed.
